Connections Consulting (ICC)
In
keeping with the current trends of companies
who have to constantly go back to the drawing
board to revisit their original plan of action
regarding their business, International Connections
Consulting (ICC) has been undertaking this
very theme over the last year.
We
decided to do some soul searching and look
at our strengths (Global Advertising/Marketing,
Quality Products/Services/Providing Above
Average Resource Information) and our weaknesses
(Not a strong demand for Foreign Study Programs
in our Educational Advising Unit). The end
result is to shift our focus to our attributes
and continue to offer the latter with less
focus in that area in order to continue to
service our current clients.
ICC's President, Tasha Lewis, has always had
a passion for Study Abroad based on her own
past experiences and what that field offers
to the global community. However, looking
at the bottom line has become a constant concern
when one looks at business sustainability
over the long run.
By
shifting to some of the other areas (Global
Advertising/Marketing, Quality Products/Services/Providing
Above Average Resource Information/Travel
Writing in line with the company's mission
statement found on the Foundation Page) more
aggressively, ICC can continue to compete
and perhaps maintain their high level of clientele
along with expanding their network through
additional columnists and interesting articles
that are featured in the ICC Newsletter Pages
each month.
