EXPERIENCE

CONSULTANT/RECRUITER/TRAINER

Consult and assist with public relations for promoting language programs domestically and internationally.

Recruit and train consultants, presenters. Spanish Teachers, and staff in the hospitality and banking industry.

In charge of all of the stateside responsibilities such as planning, implementing, and carrying out all activities in the USA.

Introduce product/client by direct mail, cold calling, presentations, networking, and various other mediums.

Create business plan; conduct market survey; create promotion tools and propaganda.

Contract various clients in a variety of fields to promote whatever product or person in their business endeavor.
 

COORDINATOR/INSTRUCTOR

Acted as coordinator for the first Spanish Camp at one of the top University's in the Washington, D.C. area. Consulted and assisted with public relations and marketing material. Assisted with recruiting and staffing for the program. Assisted with the syllabus and course outline. Handled catering activities in order to ensure that the students sampled different Spanish foods daily.  Taught classes for beginning and intermediate students.

Acted as coordinator for a Music Video.  Selected and recruited the cast. Wrote the overall script and theme of the video. Handled most of the public relations and marketing.  Performed in the video as a dancer. Assisted with directing the scenes. Assisted with final editing of the video.

Teach Spanish/English at various institutions domestically and internationally in a private or classroom environment.  Prepare syllabus and outline for class.  Select study material and assist with textbook selection.  Plan various field trips and extra assignments for exposing students to the Spanish culture.

Teach various clients about operating their own small business and entrepreneurship.  Assist with developing business plan, marketing strategy, presentation skills, and obtaining funding for their business.
 

ADMINISTRATOR/HUMAN RESOURCE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible for all Human Resources functions at the international center for a Fortune 500 company. Interfaced on a regular basis with their central Human Resources office at the division's headquarters. Maintain domestic and international employee files - personnel data/all related expense reports.
 

Handled all preparation for relocating employees overseas.  Assisted with preparation of Cost Model for Foreign Country Relocation Policies.

Supported Center Vice President, Operations Director, and Foreign Project Managers.

Processed invoices for overseas/domestic personnel, consultants, and payroll for Ministry of interior Compensation Committee in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Handled Petty Cash Fund.

Acted as Embassy Liaison. Interfaced with various embassy personnel. Prepared all preliminary documentation for visa and delivers this documentation to the embassies for processing, retrieved it.

Handled all Q/A regarding visas, passports, and immunizations etc.

Translated business documents from Spanish to English and interpreted on a as needed basis. Acted as Travel Coordinator, and Property Control Administrator.

Performed studies of business and technical trends. Performed specific assignments related to management problems while Operations Director is out of the country.
